Welcome back, Shanahan Swaffield Partners.

The Yeppoon Triathlon Festival would like to welcome back 4th year sponsor Shanahan Swaffield Partners. The local accounting firm has a long history of not only supporting the Triathlon but many other sporting events, clubs and charities. Race Organiser Glenn Skinner said ‘We are proud to have SSP back on board again. I went to them with a rough concept of a race and they assisted with all the financial elements. Their assistance was invaluable to set things up properly, and we are happy to get their support in this the 4th year. I feel like they have been at our side through the entire race process so they are naturally a big part of the festival.’

Taxation, Accountancy, Finance & Insurance, Investment, Superannuation and Bookkeeping may bring a stressful tear to the eye for many of us but these are the places were SSP come into their own.

The result of a merger of two well-respected Central Queensland accounting firms (Michael Shanahan & Co and Olive Swaffield & Associates), the primary purpose of establishing SSP was to create a firm that delivers a quality professional service, offering economies of scale and providing clients, from a multitude of industries, with a full spectrum of services. Mission accomplished!

We’re the first people to agree that if you want something done right, you go to the professionals. We specialise in running sporting events and athlete coaching and training, which is something that SSP probably aren’t so good at. Ask us to balance our books or invest in the stock market… you get the idea.

That said, we are expecting once again that keen members of SSP will have their feet in the water, pedals and ground at the YTF proving that they’re actually not really slouches when it comes to athletic prowess either.
