Race Pack Collection
Race pack collection is compulsory on Saturday 28th July, 2:30pm – 4:30pm.

There will be no race pack collections available on race day.

Competitors will need to provide some form of identification to collect race packs. If you require your race pack to be collected by another person they will need to show evidence that they have permission to collect on your behalf.

Teams only need one person to collect race packs. It is then the responsibility of that team member to distribute the appropriate equipment amongst the team. We do not keep a big store of spare items, if you do not have the right equipment, you will not be allowed to race.

Bike and Equipment Collection
The transition area will be open for bike collection once the final competitor has finished (approx. 10:15am). Please do not ask volunteers for entry into transition earlier. Anyone who removes their bikes or equipment before this time will be disqualified.

Collection of equipment from either the bag drop or transition area without a wristband is not allowed.

We look forward to seeing you compete and enjoy yourself at this year’s Festival. From the entire team at the YTF, we wish you all the best and are here if you have any questions or concerns.

It’s time to have fun… and get your fitness on!
